This strategic shift in apartment sales marketing emphasizes the lifestyle experience as a key competitive differentiator.

The Sinbunpyeong The Wei City Cheil Landscape Chae development will feature a diverse range of amenities, including a fitness center, an infinity pool, screen tennis courts, and golf classrooms and practice areas. Complementing thes recreational facilities, HMG group plans to offer premium residential services. These include a planned food franchise across three blocks and a partnership with Cheongju Hana Hospital to provide residents with convenient medical services and specialized educational programs.

The development will also prioritize green spaces, with approximately 40% of the land area dedicated to landscaping, creating a park-like atmosphere with features such as an ecological yard and a water yard.Four designated play areas will ensure safe recreational spaces for children within the complex.

The Sinbunpyeong The Wei City Cheil Landscape Chae will comprise 12 buildings, with each structure reaching 29 floors above ground and two below. The development will offer a total of 1,448 households, with unit sizes ranging from 59 to 112 square meters. Of these, 655 units (75-112㎡) will be available for general sale, while 793 units (59㎡) will be offered as private rental apartments. The construction will be undertaken by First Construction.
