Meana elaborated on the reasons for Rodrygo’s potential departure. “For me, Rodrygo will leave because he has no room in the Xabi Alonso team and must play. The world Cup is in a year and his name is Rodrygo Goes, an excellent striker,” he explained.
He further noted, “He can stay and he will not finish having playing time, but not as much as he wishes. So he can stay at real Madrid.The logic would be that he goes because Real Madrid must recover money and because he does not count for Xabi Alonso in the diagram with two attackers.” Meana also suggested a psychological element: “He is not at his best mentally, and I think he wants a change even if he does not verbalize it.”
