Levante UD has officially announced the signing of midfielder jon Ander Olasagasti. The agreement was reached with Real Sociedad for the transfer of the Donostiarra player, who has signed a contract with Levante UD through June 2028.
Player Background and Development
Born in Donostia-San Sebastián on august 16, 2000, Olasagasti honed his skills in the Zubieta quarry. He joined the academy from lengokoak and progressed through the ranks. His journey culminated in his first-team debut on December 1, 2021, in the Copa del Rey. He later made his La Liga debut on January 21, 2023, against Rayo Vallecano.
European experience and International Career
During his tenure with Real Sociedad, Olasagasti gained valuable experience in European competitions. He competed in the UEFA Champions League during the 2023/2024 season and the UEFA Europa League in the 2024/2025 campaign. Furthermore, he has represented Spain at the U-21 level.
