Employment lawyer goh Seow Hui from Bird & Bird ATMD advises employees against remaining with a company that is consistently late with salary payments, even if the employer promises resolution during an ownership change. “The employer’s promises do not improve the worker’s legal position,” Ms. Goh stated.
