The Texas Hill Country is under a significant flood threat for Monday, July 14, 2025, with the potential for heavy rainfall. Following this, a period of drier weather is anticipated to begin Thursday and continue through the weekend and into the following week.
Showers and thunderstorms are expected to intensify on Monday afternoon and evening, potentially bringing 1 to 2 inches of rain. Isolated areas could experience up to 5 inches of rainfall if storms develop in a “training” pattern, where storms repeatedly move over the same location.
Lighter showers are forecast for Tuesday. A few sprinkles might occur on Wednesday.
