Dance groups, brass bands and folklore groups, soloists and instrumental group will participate in the concert.
Honorary chief conductors Arvīds Platpers, Jānis Erenstreit and Jacob Ozolins and chief conductors Kaspars Ādamsons, Aira Birziņa, Jurģis Cabulis, Līga Celma-Kursiete, Gints Ceplenieks, Eduards Grāvītis, Mārtiņš Klišāns Edgars Vitols.

38,114 participants participate in this festival, of which 33,946 are children. The most widely represented folk dance industry with 17,041 dancers, while 11,399 participants sing in the choir. Contemporary dancers, brass and symphony orchestra musicians, folklore groups, theater and visual arts, small music collectives, tockers and accordionists, including members from the diaspora, also participate in the festival.
The slogan of the XIII Latvian School Youth Song and Dance Celebration is “Come to rejoice!”, For the first time in 2005 IX Latvian School Youth Song and Dance Celebration. The festival mark, on the other hand, is made up of stages or jets, symbolizing the power, talents, deeds and personalities of each participant. The sign also uses folk costume articles.
The School Youth Song and Dance Celebration is the largest Latvian Children and Youth Culture and Art Festival, which takes place every five years.
