‘RHOC’ Star’s Boyfriend Finances Unveiled Amid Divorce
Income, Expenses, and Custody Battle Details Emerge
The financial details of Gina Kirschenheiter’s boyfriend, Travis Mullen, have surfaced amid his ongoing divorce proceedings, according to a recent report. The revelations offer a peek into his income, expenses, and the contentious legal battle with his ex-wife, Meghan Mullen.
Income and Employment
Earlier this year, Travis, 39, provided a declaration of income and expenses as part of his divorce case. The documents reveal he works as a senior financial analyst at a genetic testing firm, a position he began in July 2022, working 40 hours weekly. His gross monthly income from this job is $10,164.
In addition to his salary, Travis reported earning $8,333 monthly from “trust income.” He holds a degree in business management. Although he has worked as Gina’s real estate agent for four months, he stated he has not yet earned any income from home sales.
Assets and Expenses
Travis declared having $2,221 in cash and bank accounts and a mere $18 in stocks, bonds, or other readily sellable assets. The value of his personal property was listed as “TBD.” He indicated that he lives with his three sons, Gina, and her three children.
Interestingly, Travis noted that Gina does not contribute to household expenses. This detail contrasts with Gina’s invitation for Travis to move in during season 18 of *The Real Housewives of Orange County*.
In November 2024, Gina stated she had no immediate plans to resume living with Travis, saying, “I think it works for both of us.”
His monthly expenses include $4,075 for rent, $368 for healthcare, $1,000 for food, $300 for dining out, $475 for utilities, $111 for his mobile phone, $500 for clothing, $420 for education, and $845 for car-related costs, totaling $8,094.
He has spent approximately $28,255 on legal fees, partially funded by selling investments. Travis still owes his lawyer $8,000.
Custody Battle and Allegations
Recently, the divorce battle between Travis and Meghan has intensified. In late March, Travis filed an emergency request seeking sole legal and physical custody of their children.
He accused his ex-wife of failing two drug tests, allowing a child to miss excessive school days, and interfering with his custody. Travis stated, “Her refusal to make a court -ordered drug test further supports my suspicions [Meghan] Consume illegal substances that could dramatically worsen her ability to take care of our children.”
Gina has reportedly denied the basis for Travis’s emergency orders, with a hearing scheduled on the matter. Meghan has refuted all allegations, telling the court, “His submissions seem to be designed to punish and control me rather than protect children. Travis uses a family judicial system as an instrument of forced control and revenge.”
In fact, about 1 in 6 custody cases involve false allegations of child abuse (NCJRS 2008), adding to the stress and cost.
Meghan also made claims about Gina, stating, “All three children have told me that Gin talks about me negatively and creates tension in the household.”
A source close to Gina dismissed these claims as “Whole BS,”
suggesting they are from a woman desperate to secure custody.
Relationship Strains
The issues in Gina and Travis’s relationship, partly stemming from his divorce battle, were a plotline in the last season of *RHOC*.
The hearing regarding the custody dispute is set for this month.
