Pelican Course Set to Reopen After Renovation

Golf enthusiasts in The Villages can anticipate the grand reopening of the Pelican Executive Golf Course. The revamped course is set to welcome players on Thursday, July 3, offering an enhanced golfing experience for all.

Reopening Details

The ribbon-cutting ceremony at the Pelican Executive Golf Course is scheduled for 9:30 a.m. on July 3. Following the ceremony, tee times will be available beginning at 10 a.m. Residents are encouraged to start booking their tee times to secure their spots.

Renovation Scope

The project, approved by the Project Wide Advisory Committee, involved a $2.197 million investment. This funding covered renovations for both the Pelican course and the Pimlico Executive Golf Course. The Pimlico course has already reopened after its completion this past Wednesday.
