Denials and Distrust
Lableba addressed the situation, confirming the images were not real. She told “The Seventh Day” that the images were not of her or the celebrated actor. She highlighted the artificial manipulation of the images, which included alterations to their hair and facial features.
“The truth is that this is not my form, or this is the image of the great artist Adel Imam, and the picture is played in it, and I am not my form, or this is my hair, nor this eyebrows, and this is not a picture of the professor, this has the most beautiful eyes.”

According to a 2024 report by the Pew Research Center, 40% of U.S. adults say they find it difficult to distinguish between what is real and fake online. (Pew Research Center).
Imam’s Recent Work
Adel Imam’s last significant work was the television series “Flantino,” which aired during Ramadan 2020. The series featured Dalal Abdel Aziz, Hamdi Al-Mirghani, and others. The show was directed by Rami Imam and written by Ayman Bahjat Qamar.

These occurrences highlight the expanding impact of artificial intelligence on public perception and the entertainment sector. The need for discernment and critical assessment of online content is critical.
