Waterford, Ireland – Margaret “mags” Morrissey, a beloved resident of Saint Joseph’s, Manor Hill, Waterford, passed away peacefully at her home on June 19, 2025, surrounded by her loving family. She was formerly of Dominick place.
Margaret is survived by her daughter victoria, son Frankie, grandson Kayden, granddaughter Adaela, sisters Eileen, Una, and Trish, and brother Michael. She was predeceased by her parents, Michael and Agnes, her sister alice, and her brother Tommy. Her extended family, relatives, neighbors, and friends will deeply miss her.

The community is invited to pay their respects at Thompson’s Funeral Home,Barrack Street,Waterford,on Friday,June 20th,from 3:00 pm to 5:00 pm. Vigil prayers and a rosary will be held at 4:30 pm.
Margaret’s funeral cortege will depart from Thompson’s Funeral Home, Barrack Street, on Saturday, June 21st, proceeding to Ballybricken Church for a requiem Mass at 10:00 am. Following the Mass,the burial will take place at St. Mary’s Cemetery, Ballygunner.
