Dhe rain made a game against ASV Draßburg impossible. SV Leobendorf agreed with the opponent on an alternative date.
Around three hours before the game against Draßburg it was clear: SV Leobendorf could not get through the match on their own facility, the water volumes of the last few days were too much. “Up until two hours ago, we actually said we’d do it. But now it was too much. There are places where the ball doesn’t bounce at all,” explained sports director Michael Tackner.
Replacement date: Tuesday 7.30 p.m
An association employee came to the SVL, got an idea for himself and confirmed the cancellation. Leobendorf and Draßburg agreed on Tuesday, 7.30 p.m. as the alternative date. A home run is on the agenda for tomorrow, followed by the final training session on Monday. “It’s a shame,” said Tackner, “because we’re in really good shape and would have liked to play. In addition, playing Tuesday and Friday is not ideal either, but yes.”
