In December, a local resident complained at the Gemünden citizens’ meeting that homeless people were being housed in the old town hall in Wernfeld and what the conditions were like. Now the topic of homeless accommodation in Wernfeld was even the subject of a hearing before the administrative court in Würzburg. According to the lawsuit, the accommodation was “unreasonable”. A woman had sued the city of Gemünden – but this time not a local resident, but a resident. The fact that the resident’s complaint had been admitted at all seemed more and more surprising as the hearing progressed.
