At the start of 2023, reconstruction work from the bridge over the Lamaronrue Madame de Staël, started at Montlucon. These are the teams of Allier Departmental Council who are in charge.
A new reinforced concrete slab for the bridge over the Lamaron
The works will include the demolition of the vault and its expansion downstream. The supports and foundations of the bridge will also be reinforced.
A new reinforced concrete slab composed of prefabricated elements will be laid. The new deck, which will rest on existing reinforced supports, will improve the safety of the structure over time.
The reconstruction work on the bridge over the Lamaronrue Madame de Staël, should last until the month ofAugust 2023. During the construction period, the circulation of vehicles, pedestrians and cyclists will be maintained, as indicated by the Allier Departmental Council.
Total cost, 889,000 euros
“The current intersection will be temporarily redeveloped, indicates the Department of Allier. The lights will be moved and their cycle will be modified and adapted if necessary to take into account the morning and evening flows. Additional signage will be placed at the entrance to the city to encourage vehicles in transit to avoid rue Mme de Staël.
Total cost of the operation, 889 000 eurosfinanced by the State and the Department of Allier.
