Construction work on the new building for the Theresienheim kindergarten on Eußenheimer Straße in Karlstadt is expected to start in autumn 2023. Completion is scheduled for mid-2024. The planning of the building and garden is ongoing. The costs have already gone from around six million to 6.8 million euros. The reason, according to the planners in charge of the project, is the general increase in prices in the construction sector.
