90.4 Billion Won Funding & New Project Bids for 2026 | Gwanak Focus
Seoul’s 관악구 has secured 90.4 billion won in funding, following a successful public offering, according to a report broadcast on 관악포커스 FM 100.3 MHz on March 23, 2026.
The announcement, made during the 관악포커스 program hosted by 켈리 and 조하도, signals continued investment in the district’s initiatives. Kim Saebit, a PD, appeared on the program to discuss the funding and upcoming projects.
Kim Saebit also highlighted upcoming changes to South Korea’s medical care system, specifically the complete abolition of the medical care ‘부양비’ (dependent allowance) starting in 2026. 관악구 is focusing administrative efforts to expand medical coverage for vulnerable populations in response to this change. The district is also supporting local companies seeking to participate in the Mobile World Congress (MWC), according to the broadcast.
Kim Saebit, who also hosts the radio program 《김새빛의 뮤직카페》 on 관악FM, is known for her perform as both an actress – previously under the name Kim Bori – and a children’s author. Her work includes the creation of characters like 정리괴물 쓱싹이 (Ssakssagi, the Organizing Monster) and 핑그리 (Pinggri), aimed at promoting organization and emotional well-being in children. She has also appeared in dramas such as 고백부부 (Confession Couple) and 마음의 소리 (Sound of Your Heart), as well as films like 타워 (Tower) and 마파도 (Mapado).
The 관악포커스 broadcast also noted a forecast of clear weather with a high of approximately 5°C, and temperatures dropping below freezing in the mornings and evenings, advising residents to dress warmly.
