32 REPUTED GANG MEMBERS INDICTED ON MURDER, ATTEMPTED MURDER AND CONSPIRACY CHARGES FOR FOUR-YEAR TURF WAR IN SOUTHEAST QUEENS

32 Reputed Gang Members Indicted in Southeast Queens turf War

A four-year turf war in ⁣Southeast Queens has led to the indictment of⁢ 32 individuals, alleged gang members, on charges including murder, attempted murder, and conspiracy.The ⁤Queens District ⁢Attorney’s office announced‌ the indictments ‌stemming from a prolonged conflict between‍ rival groups.

The following‌ individuals face charges as a result of ⁤the inquiry:

MARCUS “MARC” RALY,⁣ 21, of South Ozone Park, was indicted on charges⁣ of robbery in the ‌second degree, robbery in ⁤the first degree and criminal possession of a weapon in the second degree. Raly ‍is due⁤ back in court January 20, 2026.

JOSEPH ⁤”SLIM” RODRIGUES, 20, of⁤ Bellerose Manor, was indicted on charges of conspiracy in the second and fourth degrees. ‍Rodrigues is due back in court January 9, 2026.

A 17-YEAR-OLD DEFENDANT ⁣from glen Oaks was‍ indicted on charges ⁢of conspiracy in the second and fourth degrees, criminal possession of a weapon in the⁤ second degree and criminal ‌facilitation‍ in the second degree.‍ He is due back in‍ court⁣ December 17.

NASIR “NAS” SCRUGGS, 19, of Baldwin, was indicted on charges of conspiracy in the⁣ second ⁢and⁤ fourth degrees, attempted murder in the second‌ degree,​ attempted assault ⁢in the first degree, assault in the second degree, criminal possession of a‍ weapon in the second ⁣degree. He remains ⁢unapprehended.

SHAYNE “GOTTI SLEEZE” SHEPPARD, 18, of Queens Village, was indicted on ⁢charges of conspiracy in⁤ the second and fourth degrees, attempted murder⁤ in the second degree, attempted assault in the first degree, ⁢criminal possession of a weapon in​ the second degree, reckless endangerment in the first degree, burglary in the second degree and attempted criminal possession of a⁤ weapon in the second and third degrees. ⁤Sheppard is due back ⁤in court December 17.

JUJHARBEER ⁤”JUGGZ” SINGH,​ 18, of Queens Village, was indicted on ‌charges of conspiracy in the second and fourth​ degrees, attempted murder⁣ in the second degree,⁢ attempted​ assault in the first degree, criminal possession of a weapon in‌ the‌ second ⁤degree, reckless endangerment in the first ⁢degree and burglary in the second degree. Singh is due back in court December 18.

A 16-YEAR-OLD DEFENDANT from ⁤Richmond Hill was indicted on charges​ of‌ conspiracy in⁣ the second and fourth degrees and criminal possession ‌of a‍ weapon in the​ second degree. He is currently in custody on unrelated charges and ‍will be arraigned at a later ‌date.

LORENZO “ENZO” STEPHENS, 18, of Hollis, ‌was indicted on charges of conspiracy in the second and fourth degrees, attempted murder in the‌ second degree, attempted assault in the first degree⁤ and ⁢assault ⁤in the second degree. Stephens is due ‍back in court December 18.

A 16-YEAR-OLD DEFENDANT from‌ Queens Village was indicted on charges of ‌conspiracy in the second and fourth degrees, attempted murder⁢ in the second‍ degree, attempted assault in the first degree, criminal possession of a weapon​ in the second degree⁤ and reckless endangerment in the first degree. He is currently in custody‌ on unrelated charges and will ⁤be arraigned at a later date.

A 15-YEAR-OLD⁢ DEFENDANT from Jamaica ⁤was⁤ indicted on charges of‍ conspiracy in‍ the second and fourth ‌degrees, ​criminal ​possession of a weapon in the second degree, burglary in the second degree and attempted criminal ⁤possession ‌of a weapon in the second ​and third degrees. He is due‍ back ‍in court ​December 3.

ANTHONY “A5” URGITANO, 18, of Richmond Hill, was indicted on ⁤charges of conspiracy in the second and fourth degrees. ​Urgitano is due back ⁢in⁢ court ⁤on December 17.

A⁣ 16-YEAR-OLD DEFENDANT from Queens​ Village was indicted on⁣ charges of conspiracy in the ⁣second and⁣ fourth degrees, criminal possession of a weapon​ in the ⁢second degree,​ burglary in the second‍ degree, attempted ‌criminal possession‍ of a weapon in the second and third degrees and criminal⁣ facilitation in the⁣ second degree.‍ He is due back in court December 17.

The‍ investigation continues as authorities work to address ​the ongoing impact‍ of gang violence in ‍the region.
