2026 SEC Gymnastics Championships: Session I Live Updates & Results
TULSA, Oklahoma – The University of Georgia gymnastics team secured the top spot in the first session of the 2026 SEC Championships held Saturday at the BOK Center, posting a team score of 197.450. Missouri finished second with 197.075, followed closely by Arkansas at 196.975. Kentucky placed fourth with a score of 196.925, although Auburn rounded out the session with 195.300.
The afternoon session featured intense competition on all four apparatuses. Arkansas began the session on vault, with Price earning a 9.925, the highest score of the event for the Gymbacks. Missouri followed with a strong showing on bars, led by Echols’s 9.9. Auburn struggled on beam, posting a team total of 48.025 after falls from Huff and Irvine. Kentucky demonstrated consistency on floor, with Brose earning a 9.9.
Georgia’s performance was highlighted by a strong beam rotation, anchored by Woolford and Williams, both scoring 9.95. The Bulldogs also excelled on vault, with Scott earning a 9.9. Missouri maintained momentum throughout the session, posting a 49.450 on floor, led by Horton’s 9.9. Arkansas showcased resilience, finishing with a solid floor rotation, highlighted by Smith’s 9.9.
Kentucky demonstrated consistent routines across all events, with Rodriguez earning a 9.9 on beam. Auburn faced challenges, particularly on bars, where they posted a team score of 48.975. The Tigers’ vault rotation saw Neal achieve a 9.9.
The top four seeds – Oklahoma, LSU, Florida, and Alabama – are scheduled to compete in the evening session, beginning at 7 p.m. CT. The overall SEC Champion will be determined by the highest combined score from both sessions.
