Event Lodging Requirements for Non-Local Teams
Teams traveling from outside the immediate area to participate in our event are required to ensure that at least 50% of thier team members stay at one of our approved lodging partners. This requirement is a key component of the event approval process and helps us maintain quality control and support for all participants.
Why This Requirement?
This lodging policy is in place for several critically important reasons. Primarily, it allows us to better manage event logistics, including transportation and communication. Staying at approved hotels also ensures teams have access to reliable accommodations and are conveniently located near event venues. furthermore, it supports our partnerships with local businesses and contributes to the overall success of the event.

We carefully select these partners based on their quality, proximity to event locations, and ability to accommodate the needs of our participants.
Compliance and Approval
To be approved for participation in the event, teams must demonstrate compliance with this lodging requirement. During the registration process, you will be asked to provide details about your team’s lodging arrangements. Failure to meet the 50% occupancy requirement at an approved lodging partner may result in denial of event participation.
