The Pie Town Pie Co., located at 5613 U.S. 60, Pie Town, NM, is open Monday from 11:00 am to 4:00 pm, Thursday from 12:00 pm to 4:00 pm, Friday from 11:00 am to 4:00 pm, Saturday from 11:00 am to 4:00 pm, and Sunday from 12:00 pm to 6:00 pm. It’s closed on Tuesday and Wednesday. Owners encourage customers to look for the front porch light, which indicates the cafe is open.
