Fraunhofer Institute Hosts World Psoriasis Day Event in Frankfurt

FRANKFURT, GERMANY – The Fraunhofer Institute for Translational medicine and Pharmacology ITMP will host an information event on October 29, 2025, from 3 p.m. to​ 6 p.m. at the University Hospital Frankfurt, marking world Psoriasis Day. This year’s international theme focuses on “Psoriatic Disease and Comorbidities.”

Individuals with psoriasis face an increased risk⁤ of developing related conditions, including joint​ inflammation (arthritis) and Crohn’s disease.

The event, held at the 4D Inflammation Clinic in lecture hall 22 (Theodor-Stern-Kai 7, 60590 Frankfurt am Main), will cover the connections⁣ between psoriasis, psoriatic ‍arthritis, and Crohn’s disease. attendees will also learn about current research, available study opportunities, ⁢and‍ have the chance to connect with ‌the IMPACT patient advisory board, followed by a ⁢get-together.
