AstraZeneca & Thailand Association Train Doctors on Non-Communicable Diseases

AstraZeneca Thailand and‌ Medical ​Association​ Partner to Elevate Outpatient Care, Combat Non-Communicable Diseases

Bangkok – AstraZeneca Thailand and the ⁤Outdoor Science Association of Thailand have ⁣formalized a collaboration ‍aimed at enhancing medical knowledge, training doctors,⁣ and improving the management of‌ non-communicable diseases⁢ (NCDS) within the country’s outpatient ‌care⁣ system. ‌The memorandum of understanding⁤ (MOU) signifies a joint commitment to ‌upgrading medical standards⁣ and bolstering thailand’s public health ‍infrastructure.

The program will focus on developing expertise in diagnosis,treatment,prevention,and screening related to NCDS.⁣ According ​to a statement released by AstraZeneca,the initiative is rooted in the belief that empowering medical personnel with advanced knowledge and skills will positively impact both society and the long-term health system.

“Prevention and treatment from the beginning⁤ is an⁣ important key to reducing the severity of complications and long-term expenses,” stated representatives from the ⁤medical Association. “This ‘medical knowledge ⁣development and training⁤ program’ is an critically important part in opening the area to⁢ develop professional ‍potential for new doctors.”

Roman Ramos, President of AstraZeneca Thailand and Frontier Markets, emphasized the company’s dedication to​ medical ⁣professional development. ⁢”astrasenneka attaches importance to the⁤ development and potential of medical⁢ personnel,” Ramos said.”We believe that‌ the enhancement of the ⁣knowledge and skills of doctors ​will‍ have a positive effect on ⁣society and ‍the health system in the long run.”

The partnership aims ⁢to expand access ⁤to tools and preventative guidelines, enabling doctors to prioritize timely and effective patient care.The collaboration also supports the ‌medical Association’s mission to promote continuous education for medical personnel and equip new ​doctors with modern medical knowledge, research skills, and the ability to deliver‌ care aligned with international standards. Ultimately, the goal is to reduce the burden of chronic diseases and improve the quality ​of⁢ life for Thai citizens.
