Pixelpaw Labs has begun accepting pre-orders for “Phase,” a new wireless mouse capable of transforming into a standalone gamepad. The device, announced Thursday, aims to consolidate gaming peripherals into a single, versatile unit.
The Phase mouse features a 16,000 DPI sensor and connects via Bluetooth or a 2.4 GHz wireless dongle. Its modular design allows the mouse to disassemble and reconfigure into a gamepad form factor, similar in layout to the controllers used with the Nintendo Switch. An optional accessory, the Phasegrip, enables attachment to smartphones for mobile gaming.
According to Pixelpaw Labs, the Phase supports Windows, Linux, Android, iOS, iPadOS, and ChromeOS operating systems. A single charge provides up to 72 hours of continuous use. Users can customize button mappings through a dedicated application.
Pre-orders are currently open on the Pixelpaw Labs website, with shipments anticipated between December 2026 and January 2027.
