East Bengal‘s AFC Women’s Champions League campaign concluded wiht a 0-3 defeat to Nasaf FC on November 23, 2025, eliminating them from contention for a knockout stage berth. The loss at the group stage finale dashed East Bengal’s hopes of qualifying as one of the best third-placed teams.
Needing only a draw to reach the quarterfinals, East Bengal was dominated by Nasaf FC, a team that previously secured a 1-1 draw against defending champion Wuhan Jiangda. Despite attempts to utilize long passes from Resty Nanziri to Soumya Guguloth, Nasaf goalkeeper Maftuna Jonimqulov maintained control.
Nasaf opened the scoring in the 23rd minute when captain Nilufar Kudratova‘s low cross found Diyorakhon Khabibullaeva, who beat Elangbam Panthoi Chanu.
