Territory Consultant – Drive Growth & Build Relationships with Cardinal Health
Are you a driven sales professional with a passion for building strong customer relationships and exceeding revenue targets? Cardinal Health is seeking a highly motivated Territory Consultant to manage and grow a balanced pipeline within an assigned geographic area. This role is pivotal in delivering comprehensive product portfolios to clients and providing valuable customer insights to internal teams.
What You’ll Do:
As a Territory Consultant,you will be responsible for achieving new business revenue objectives through proactive pipeline management and strategic sales execution. you’ll cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, acting as a trusted advisor and understanding their unique needs. This includes:
* Pipeline Management: Developing and managing a robust pipeline of opportunities within your assigned territory to consistently drive revenue growth.
* Voice of the Customer: Actively gathering and relaying valuable customer feedback (VOC) to relevant Cardinal Health departments to inform product progress and service improvements.
* Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partnering effectively with internal teams – including operational and product specialists – to deliver tailored solutions that meet client requirements.
* Sales Excellence: Demonstrating a consistent track record of performance and accountability through the application of diverse sales strategies and the successful negotiation of complex contracts.
* Problem Solving: Developing innovative and effective solutions to address a wide range of client challenges,aligning with overall organizational goals.
What We’re Looking For:
* education: Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent relevant work experience.
* Experience: Prior sales experience is highly desirable (4-7 years is ideal), with a strong preference for candidates with a background in solutions or service-based selling. A proven ability to build and nurture customer relationships is essential.
* Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft excel is required.
* Travel: This role requires a willingness to travel, with the frequency fluctuating on a weekly or monthly basis.

Compensation & Benefits:
* Anticipated Salary Range: $133,000 – $164,300 (includes targeted variable pay)
