Trenton High Roars to Homecoming Victory, Honors Community Pillar

TRENTON, NJ ‍ – Trenton high School celebrated a resounding‌ homecoming victory⁤ Friday night, defeating West Windsor-Plainsboro North 35-14 while simultaneously honoring local community leader and Trenton Central High School alumnus, joseph “JoJo” Jefferson, as its grand marshal. The event showcased school spirit with‌ performances ⁣from the Trenton High Marching band, Tiffany & Company Academy of Dance, and culinary creations from ⁢the Restaurant and Business School.

The annual homecoming game is a cornerstone of ⁣Trenton High’s identity, fostering a sense of unity ‌among students, alumni, faculty, and ‍the wider Trenton community. jefferson,a 1989 Trenton High graduate,has been ⁣a fixture in the city,founding the ⁢”Millhill Community ⁣Development Corporation” and spearheading numerous initiatives aimed at empowering residents and revitalizing neighborhoods.He expressed gratitude for the honor, stating, “To be recognized by the school that helped shape me is truly humbling. It‍ reinforces the importance of giving back and inspiring the next generation.”

The Tornadoes‘ ‌dominant performance on the field, led by a strong offensive showing,⁢ further ⁤amplified the celebratory atmosphere. The Marching Band energized the crowd ‍with their ⁤halftime show, while the Tiffany & Company Academy of Dance captivated attendees with a dynamic routine.⁣ Students from the Restaurant and Business School showcased‍ their culinary skills, serving up appetizing sausage, peppers, and onions sandwiches to hungry fans.
