“We’ve started the interviews‌ mid-September and we’ve hired people, and now‍ we’re more in training mode,” explained ⁤Sébastien Trottier, spokesperson for Élections Montréal, to TVA Nouvelles on Sunday.⁣ “Even tho things are going⁣ well, there are still ⁤unfilled positions‍ in ⁢some arrondissements, mainly for secretaries and‌ scrutators.”

Those interested⁣ in ‌contributing to the⁣ democratic process are encouraged to apply online at elections.montreal.ca. Successful applicants will ⁣be required to ⁣complete a theoretical training program,‍ including an explanatory ‌video and online workshops.
