Kylian Mbappé’s personal life is once again under scrutiny following reports of a close relationship with a prominent chef. The scrutiny comes as his relationship with actress Ester Expósito continues to attract attention and allegations surface regarding the timeline of their romance.
Mbappé, who generally maintains a private stance on his personal affairs, has been the subject of speculation regarding past relationships, including rumored connections to Kylie Jenner and a transgender model. More recently, his connection with Spanish actress Ester Expósito has become a frequent topic in the media. Blogger Aqababe confirmed the relationship, stating, “Mbappé and Ester Exposito are a couple. They have been dating for several months,” according to reports.
However, the blossoming relationship has been shadowed by claims of infidelity. Spanish journalist Roberto Antolín alleges that Expósito began her relationship with Mbappé while still involved with actor Nicolás Furtado. “What I’ve been told is terrible. Ester Expósito’s relationship with Mbappé began while she was dating actor Nicolás Furtado,” Antolín stated. He further claims that communication between Expósito and Mbappé began between 2021 and 2023, and that the actress was secretly meeting with the Real Madrid footballer.
This is not the first time Mbappé’s interactions have sparked public discussion. In 2021, a video surfaced of Mbappé with Turkish chef Nusret Gökçe, known as Salt Bae, in Mykonos. The video, posted by Gökçe, showed the two in close proximity, with Salt Bae kissing Mbappé on the forehead. This interaction prompted online speculation about both men’s sexualities.
The incident with Salt Bae occurred before Mbappé’s relationship with Ester Exposito became public. Antolín’s reporting suggests a longer, more complex history of interactions between Mbappé and Expósito than previously understood, alleging secret meetings and a relationship that began while Expósito was still with Furtado.
