## Jeezy to Launch First Las Vegas Residency with 101-Piece Orchestra
Rap artist Jeezy has announced his inaugural Las Vegas residency, bringing the TM:101 Live experience to Planet Hollywood Resort & Casino this fall and winter. The production will feature a 101-piece orchestra, expanding significantly from the 26-piece ensemble used in previous tour dates.
The residency is divided into two legs: TM:101 Live – The Masquerade, running october 31 and November 1, and TM:101 Live – The Nutcracker, scheduled for December 19 and December 21. Performances will incorporate dramatic stage elements, seasonal theming, and an immersive orchestral production.In addition to the residency declaration, Jeezy revealed a new collaborative project with DJ Drama, titled Still Snowin’, set for release on September 28 – his birthday. He described the project as “one of my favorite projects ever,” building on their previous collaborations including SNOFALL.
“I think your art, in music, whatever your contribution is, it should grow with you. You gotta think big. You gotta think colossal,” Jeezy stated, adding, “I don’t know, to date, anyone that’s gone to Vegas with a 101-piece orchestra, so that’s something I wanted to do first.”
Presales for the residency begin september 17, with general ticket sales launching September 19. DJ Ace and DJ Drama will provide DJ sets during the shows, and Adam Blackstone will lead musical direction. Jeezy has characterized the stage production as a fusion of hip hop energy and sweeping orchestral arrangements.
