Viewers can access the DCC through various cable and internet providers. Comcast channel 95, RCN/Astound channel 10, and Verizon channel 10 all carry the D.C. Council Channel. An additional enrichment channel is available on Comcast 96, RCN/Astound 11, and Verizon 11. A focus channel is available on Verizon 28.
Alongside the D.C. Council, several local news outlets offer live streaming options for Washington D.C. Residents.
