Austin Jiu-Jitsu: Joint Health & Explosive Movement for Active Aging | March 29th Workshop

Austin residents interested in maintaining physical fitness and self-defense skills are invited to a training session at Six Blades Jiu-Jitsu on Sunday, March 29th. The event focuses on techniques to preserve joint health, explosive power, and combat readiness as individuals age.
