Digital Marketing Coordinator – Le Diamant Theatre, Quebec City

Québec City’s Le Diamant theatre is seeking a Digital Marketing Coordinator as it prepares to host a production of Shakespeare’s Macbeth, translated into Québécois French by Michel Garneau, beginning March 17th and running through April 10th, 2026. The position, announced March 18th, will support the promotion of the theatre’s diverse programming, which includes theatre, circus, and multidisciplinary arts.

The role, reporting to the Director of Communications and Marketing, will involve deploying and tracking digital advertising campaigns, coordinating media placements, managing website updates for lediamant.ca, and overseeing email newsletters. Responsibilities likewise include contributing to strategic discussions within the communications and marketing team, analyzing campaign performance, and collaborating with internal teams or external vendors on visual content creation.

Candidates should possess a background in communications, marketing, or advertising, with demonstrated experience in digital communications and event promotion. Familiarity with digital advertising platforms such as Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and TikTok Ads is considered an asset, as is experience with email marketing and CRM tools, and data analytics platforms like Google Analytics. Proficiency in visual production tools, such as Adobe Creative Cloud, and website management systems, like WordPress, are also advantageous.

The position is full-time, at 35 hours per week, with a salary commensurate with experience. The theatre will also contribute to employee transportation costs through the RTC Travailleur bus program and the àVélo bike-sharing service, if desired.
