Commercial Loan Closing Representative – Wells Fargo
Wells Fargo is currently seeking a skilled Commercial Loan Closing Representative to join our team. This role focuses on supporting the closing process for a range of commercial loans,from moderately complex to highly complex transactions.
Key Responsibilities:
* Prepare and support the documentation required for commercial loan closings.
* Contribute to process improvements within the loan closing function.
* Manage moderately complex legal aspects of loan documentation, utilizing resources from third-party vendors, internal teams, and corporate legal counsel.
* Review,prepare,and possibly negotiate complex loan documents.
* Collaborate with team members within the Commercial loan Closing group and other internal stakeholders.
* Identify and assess documentation risks, developing strategies for mitigation and suggesting procedural adjustments.
* Escalate complex issues to a supervisor for guidance.
Qualifications:
* A minimum of two years of experience in Commercial Loan Closing is required, or equivalent experience gained through a combination of work history, training, military service, or education.
