As Night Auditor,you’ll be a key player in ensuring a safe,comfortable,and seamless experience for our guests throughout the night. You’ll be responsible for the financial reconciliation of the day’s transactions, as well as providing excellent customer service during non-traditional hours.
What You’ll Do:
* Financial Accuracy: Process credit card transactions from all hotel outlets (restaurant, events, lounge) and meticulously verify, balance, and review hotel room availability.
* Guest Service Excellence: Handle check-in and check-out procedures with a warm and welcoming demeanor, ensuring guest satisfaction. Administer payment policies and proactively identify and correct any discrepancies.
* Operational Support: Prepare departing guest folios, maintain a clean and inviting lobby, and assist with breakfast setup as needed.
