The event is headlined by a highly anticipated clash for the vacant ONE Muay Thai Flyweight World Championship between former ONE Muay Thai Bantamweight World Champion “Nong-O Hama Muay Thai,” 39, of Sakon Nakhon, and Assaduulah Imanbekov, 22, of Russia. Both fighters tipped the scales at 145 pounds, setting the stage for a compelling title bout.
A significant co-main event will witness a rematch between Nabill Anan, the current ONE Muay Thai Bantamweight World Champion, and Ramambo Lek, also at 145 pounds. The successful weigh-in confirms the championship fight is on, with both athletes appearing ready for a fierce contest.
The card also features a trilogy bout between Sekhsan Or.Kwanmuang and Pakorn P.K.Saenchaimuaythaigym. Sekhsan weighed in at 139.8 pounds, even as Pakorn registered at 139.4 pounds. The fighters reportedly faced no issues during the weigh-in process.
ONE Championship broadcasts its events to 195 countries worldwide, and ONE Lumpinee 147 is expected to draw a large international audience. The event is scheduled to initiate at 6:30 PM local time on March 20th.
