Hyundai Motorstudio Seoul Reopens as Expanded cultural Hub for Automotive Enthusiasts
Seoul, South Korea – September 23, 2025 – Hyundai Motorstudio Seoul has officially reopened following a extensive renovation, transforming into a multi-story cultural space designed to foster a community for car lovers and showcase the automaker’s vision for the future of mobility. The revamped facility, which opened to the public on Wednesday, aims to be more than just a showroom, becoming a central point for automotive culture in Korea.
The five-story space features a diverse range of exhibits and experiences. A ground-floor library offers a curated collection of vehicles, books on outdoor activities like camping and travel, and displays of Hyundai’s future mobility concepts, including miniatures of the quadruped robot Spot and humanoid Atlas. A large media art screen visible from outside the building highlights Hyundai’s commitment to sustainability.
The second floor provides a relaxed atmosphere with a cafe and a communal table surrounded by automotive-related literature, intended to host gatherings for enthusiasts. The third floor is dedicated to Hyundai’s high-performance N brand,detailing the advancement of its vehicles,including the Ioniq 5 N. On display is the exclusive Ioniq 5 N DK edition - one of only 50 units worldwide – co-developed with renowned racing driver Tsuchiya Keiichi, known as the ‘Drift King.’
Floors four and five showcase Hyundai’s current electric vehicle lineup, including the Ioniq 5, Ioniq 6, and Ioniq 9, with plans to update the displays with new models as they are released.A wall displaying 108 diecast models illustrates the color options available for the Ioniq lineup. A standout exhibit on the fifth floor is a cutaway Ioniq 9, revealing the vehicle’s internal components, including the battery pack.
hyundai Motor plans to launch a membership program for the Motorstudio, granting access to an exclusive club lounge on the fifth floor and a variety of auto-related activities.Future offerings will include diverse automotive meetings, talk shows with industry experts, and driving programs led by professional drivers.
