Packers Injury Update: Tucker Kraft Out for Week 3 vs. Browns

Green Bay‍ Packers tight​ end⁢ Tucker kraft‍ sustained ‍a left ​knee injury ⁢during practice on Thursday, teh team announced. The severity of ‌the ⁢injury is currently undetermined, adn Kraft‘s⁣ status ⁣for sunday’s game against the Cleveland Browns remains uncertain.

The injury presents a significant challenge for‌ the⁤ 2-0 Packers, who were ⁤already navigating the ‌absence of starting receiver Jayden Reed, sidelined with a broken⁢ collarbone expected to keep him⁤ out up to ⁣eight weeks.kraft had emerged as a key offensive‍ weapon, coming off a ‌career performance⁢ in Week ⁢2 against⁣ the Washington⁢ Commanders ⁣where he recorded six receptions‍ for 124 yards and a touchdown. Through ⁣two games, Kraft leads Green Bay in‌ catches (8), ​receiving⁤ yards (140), and receiving⁤ touchdowns‌ (4).

With Kraft’s ‍availability ‍in question,⁢ the⁤ Packers are likely to increase the role of tight end Luke Musgrave, who has ‍three receptions for 36 yards this season. John FitzPatrick, with one ‍reception for 2 yards, is ⁤the only other⁤ tight​ end to record a catch for Green Bay. The team also⁣ has Ben Sims at⁣ the position.

Green Bay will face the Browns ‌(0-2)​ in Cleveland ⁢on Sunday at 1 p.m. ET. The Packers added Micah Parsons ‍to their roster during the preseason.
