The man who calls himself OZ is late for the telephone interview and then says: “Sorry, I was still in the studio.” The 29-year-old is already working on new beats in the Zurich Oberland, although he could actually rest. The new album by the Canadian rapper Drake, one of the world’s greatest music stars, was released at the beginning of September. OZ contributed the beats and melodies to 4 of the 21 songs, including “Girls Want Girls” – the most successful track to date, which has been listened to almost 50 million times on Spotify. The single was heard on Spotify more often in one day than any other before.
