SERAMBINEWS.COM, MEDAN – Finally the murderers of Justice Jamaluddin, his wife Zuraida Hanum, Muhammad Jefri Pratama and Muhammad Reza Fahlevi were punished for their actions.
Three defendants for the murder of Judge Jamaluddin were convicted differently in Medan District Court on Wednesday (1/7/2020).
The third suspect was the wife of the victim Zuraida Hanum (41).
While Muhammad Jefri Pratama (42) was sentenced to life imprisonment and Muhammad Reza Fahlevi (29).
Chairman of the Panel of Judges, Erintuah Damanik said that the three defendants were legally and convincingly proven to have committed murder.
“Judging that defendant Zuraida Hanum is legally and convincingly committing the murderer and being convicted of the primary charge and sentencing him to death,” Erintuah said in a loud voice.

Meanwhile, for the two other defendants, the Panel of Judges gave lighter sentences, namely life imprisonment and 20 years in prison.
“To impose life imprisonment on defendant M Jefri Pratama for being found guilty of premeditated murder.
As for the defendant M Reza Fahlevi with a 20-year prison sentence, “said Erintuah.
