Zug asset manager appoints new investment manager

The investment boutique Tramondo installs a new CIO and provides additional experts. In this way, market opportunities should be seized better.

Tramondo Investment Partners has Andreas Schranz appointed Chief Investment Officer (CIO). This was announced by the asset manager from Zug on Tuesday. Schranz follows Thomas Zumbühl, who, according to the announcement, has decided to retire. Schranz previously worked as a Senior Investment Manager and Head Research and previously at the private bank EFG and the major bank Credit Suisse.

At the same time, the investment boutique announces that it is working with the Pictet banker Nicholas Daxelhoffer and the LGT veteran Marcel Schnyder appointed two investment experts to the Investment Advisory Board. This newly formed advisory board complements the existing investment committee and focuses on identifying new investment opportunities.

Tramondo is the investment arm of a multi-family office group that has existed for over 40 years. The company was founded in 2015 and consists of a team of eleven people.
