He spoke about this in response to questions in YouTube.
“If a car with ammunition is driving, and a projectile hits it, and the ammunition in the back detonates, then the bridge span may not really withstand the blast wave, because it is a one-time and very strong load. It is quite possible that it can destroy the bridge span,” noted he. “These are practical measures and quite feasible. The only question is to catch this car on the bridge and get into it.”
According to the expert, if we are talking about a railway bridge, then a train moving along it can intensify the blow:
“The derailed wagons are guaranteed to destroy the bridge to the point where it may not be repairable. And if an ammunition wagon is hit, the guaranteed detonation of the ammunition will destroy the bridge.”
