Fans of “Zenith” prepared an unusual performance for the RPL match with “Wings of the Soviets”.
An image of a man in a protective suit holding a coronavirus appeared on the rostrum of St. Petersburg fans. With the start of the match, the image changed: a soccer ball appeared in the hands of a person.
Zenit also expressed gratitude to the doctors for the fight against the pandemic. About 150 doctors from St. George’s Hospital were invited to the match, and Zenit players came out in T-shirts with photos and names of doctors.
