Zelensky calls for a moment of silence in the world to commemorate the victims of the Russian invasion

The President called on everyone to share this moment of silence with the Ukrainians and “remember the victims of the Ukrainian people in this struggle between good and evil.”

“We invite everyone to take part in some of these sorrows and support us in our difficult times. Because the unity of the whole world and the desire to help contribute to our victory. Share this minute with us, support our country so that we can end this war once and for all! ” Zelenska Chancellery said in a statement issued by the advertising agency Havas Village Ukraine.

According to a decree issued by Zelensk in March, Ukraine observes a moment of silence in memory of those killed in the Russian invasion.

The minute of silence starts at 9 am Kiev and Latvian time.

“Only share this pain with us for a minute (..). Tell everyone about this tragedy. The world must not forget what is happening in Ukraine today, “the call said.

Russia launched an unprovoked and unjustified invasion of Ukraine on February 24, and in this bloody war is attacking civilian targets and killing civilians, committing war crimes that have shocked the whole world.
