On the strength of his career in these different fields of activity, Zakaria sets himself a challenge in 2021, participating in the Best apprentice in France in zinc factories. With a first gold medal in his pocket, he decided this time to compete in the ornamental roofer category. After having made a gutter with its cover, a façade tank and a pipe for the descent of rainwater, the verdict is positive. I wanted to participate in the Best Apprentice in France to see what I was capable of. Even though it is a competition dedicated to apprentices, it was a rather risky bet. It was the jury president who contacted me the second time to tell me that I had won the gold medal. He explained to me that in 15 years as a jury, he and his colleagues had never seen such impressive pieces. He really made me very happy!
