Marcia Hermann completed a master’s degree in educational science with a focus on educational sociology at the University of Bern. She has worked in various areas, including since 2018 and to this day as a specialist in education in the General Secretariat of the Department of Education, Culture and Sport in the Canton of Aargau.
She is the successor to Soraya Taibo, who after many years of work has decided to take on a new professional challenge outside of the Langenthal city administration.
The well-founded training and further education as well as the many years of professional experience of Marcia Hermann are ideal prerequisites for the perception and fulfillment of the tasks associated with her function. Fortunately, with the filling of the position as head of the education, children and youth department, a key position in the office for education, culture and sport could be filled again.
The administrative management is looking forward to the future cooperation and wishes Marcia Hermann a good start in her new job. She thanks Soraya Taibo for her many years of service.
