A fatal accident occurred on the Steenlandlaan in Kallo near Beveren-Waas on Tuesday around 4.30 pm. A motorcyclist lost control of his handlebars and crashed into the back of a parked trailer. He died on the spot.

Emergency services arrived en masse to rescue the young man. After a short resuscitation, he still died on the spot.
How the accident happened is not yet clear.
