The Supreme Court ordered journalist Claudio Fariña to delete the photos of his son and messages alluding to Carla Zunino from his social media accounts, after receiving a protection resource from the communicator.
The document details that from now on, Fariña will have to abstain from making publications on networks with her son.
“You must remove the questioned posts from social networks, especially those that contain images of your child and refrain, from now on, from making publications with photographs of the child from the parties on their social networks, with messages alluding to the family situation, exposing it to comments from the public, let alone vindicate the quality of Mrs. Zunino’s woman on social networks, ”it is indicated.
Zunino’s appeal indicated that the TVN journalist “He used the image of his son as a tool for denial.”
“Mr. Fariña has exposed the boy on the Instagram social network, victimizing himself as a person and using the image of the minor as a tool to publicly demean him,” the document detailed.
Recall that Fariña was formalized last January for the crime of threats in the context of domestic violence after his ex-wife denounced the journalist for sending intimidating messages after their separation.
