Politicians today engaged in a battle over the summons investigation.

Representative Lee Jae-myung, who returned home after being investigated by the prosecution late last night, did not have an official schedule today, which is Sunday.
Representative Lee expressed strong dissatisfaction with the prosecution’s investigation, saying, “I feel like I was doing politics, not investigation,” at a meeting with reporters before leaving the prosecutor’s office after the investigation.
Starting with tomorrow’s Supreme Council meeting, it is expected to actively try to change the situation by putting people’s livelihood at the forefront.
In relation to the recent ‘heating cost bomb’ issue, CEO Lee proposed to discuss support for high energy prices of 7.2 trillion won or argued that an emergency supplementary budget of 30 trillion won was needed.
It is an expression of the will to break through the ‘judicial risk’ by using public welfare issues as a link.
However, it is expected that the war of nerves will continue for the time being as the prosecution is drawing a line on the need for additional investigations related to the Wirye and Daejang-dong allegations.
If the prosecution requests an arrest warrant in conjunction with the ‘suspicion of donations to Seongnam FC’, the National Assembly is expected to be engulfed in a ‘whirlwind’ surrounding the vote on the motion to arrest Lee.
People’s Power Jang Dong-hyuk, a spokesman for the House, criticized that Representative Lee was consistent with a’political show’ rather than being investigated, and that the statement was too insufficient to convince the public.
On the other hand, Democratic Party spokesman Park Seong-joon said that the prosecution delayed the investigation to put the opposition leader on the photo line once more, and said that the prosecution’s behavior would remain as a stain on history.
