A 13-year-old girl was found dead hanging from a tree behind the village of Fediobé, a locality located in the commune of Mboula, department of Linguère.

The victim by the name of A. Ka is a student in the 6th grade. The drama occurred on the night of Friday June 26 to Saturday June 27 around midnight.
Obituary
A rope was found around the victim’s neck. According to a source close to the investigation, the deceased was last seen on Friday, June 26, around 2 p.m. After his long absence from the family home, his parents followed in his footsteps to the place where the drama took place.
Relief
When informed, the Yang-Yang gendarmes and the head nurse of the Mboula health post rushed to the scene. After finding, the remains of A. Ka was brought to the morgue at the Dahra health center.
Investigation
The local gendarmerie opened an investigation to determine the reasons which led Adama Ka to shorten his life.
