In addition to being able to measure heart rate with an optical heart rate sensor, it also has a sleep detection function that records and analyzes sleep depth and cycle, and a respiratory training function. Sports data and health metrics are automatically synced with the Xiaomi Wear app.
In addition to the positioning data from GPS and GLONASS, the 3-axis accelerometer and 3-axis gyroscope grasp the user’s position, speed, travel distance, etc. and map the running route.
