Xbox Series price hikes Japan
Bad news for fans of Japanese games on Xbox Series, as the North American company has just announced a 5,000 yen price hike on both console models for the Japanese market.
The rise will be effective starting next February 17where the most expensive model of the console, Series X, it will cost almost 60,000 yenwhile the cheapest model, Series S, it will cost 38,000 yen.
Regarding the reasons for this increase, the company has confirmed that it is merely due to changes in the Asian market and the rise in prices in general, but it does not confirm or deny that this same reason may affect the rest of the markets.
